Gemini Inc. has started the "Norfolk Court" construction project.

Gemini Inc. has started the "Norfolk Village" construction project. The "Norfolk Village" is a bungalows settlement in the elite area of the city Dar es Salaam near the Indian Ocean (500 m from the shore). The "Norfolk Village" is a unique project on the market of the elite realestate of Dar es Salaam. It will be executed in a unified architectural style combining elements of classicism and  modernist style. The Village landscape will represent a  plot covered with green, age-old trees and  tropical plants.At the same time each bungalow will have its own lawn where families with children may have a nice time, or one may keep himself away from other people and take pleasure of tranquility  and birdsong.

Construction is to be finished in the 4th quarter of  2015.
